I like the front-line worker there - they are all very pleasant and professional. But the management is a different issue. It is a revolving-door place, with doctors constantly coming and going. I can no longer see a doctor twice. More importantly, the administration does not seem to recognize the problem, maybe because they feel it is a monopoly in the area and they will never run out of business as part of a University system. Lastly, the doctors there seem to be pushing services left and right, which is no surprising because they are paid for work done. I wish I can say more positive things, because I have been a customer for 20+ years. But now it is time for me to find a new provider with a more stable staff and a more customer-friendly administration.

Can you believe the turn over of the dentists of this place? No one cares anymore, from the receptionists to the dentists/hygienists, to the management staff. If you use this clinic for dental treatments that span over weeks or months, be prepared to see different doctors almost every week, they will propose you something and next time when you come back, you will see a different doctor/resident. There is absolutely no quality control or assurance. When your dental treatment was not done right because of the inexperienced residents (yes it happened to me), they will charge you twice and have you suffer twice or more. They will also not disclose the full picture of the cost and hit you will surprise charges down the road. The management staff were slow to respond and were super rude on the phone when you need to discuss some cost discrepancies. We are definitely leaving this practice.

I’ve had a checkup, X-rays, and two cleanings and my teen has had several fillings. I’ve found front desk, billing, hygienists and dentists all to be polite, patient, and happy to explain answers to any questions. In some cases appointments have taken longer than I expected but I guess that’s because it’s a teaching facility. The facility is clean and well lit and welcoming. I like the open concept design - the right amount of privacy and openness.
