I also want to mention the compassion and kindness of the receptionist Darla, who helped us from beginning to end. Unfortunately, the woman at the first window was very rude and refused to assist us because she was on the phone, which was disappointing.

Horrible receptionist. Lady right at the entrance is completely RUDE. Has no patience and doesn't know how to treat people. I had two appointments. First one was on second floor at 8:40 am and second one on first floor at 9:40. I was done with the first appointment at 9:20 am and went in and she said I was already checked in. I waited till 10:20 am with no one to even so "Doctor is running a little late, sorry about that." So I went to the front desk and asked how long I would have to wait because I had to be at another town by 11:00 am. The RUDE secretary said, THERES NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT with an attitude. So I left. I waited for more than a month for this appointment to end up having to leave because nobody cares.

I've never dealt with anywhere where it's so difficult just to make an appointment. The first time i did they called me 20 minutes later canceled it and said i couldn't get another one for 2 weeks, then the next time i called they said i hadn't been there in three years and just hung up on me, the next time they said the same thing and they would have to register me as a new patient someone would call to book an appointment i never heard from anyone, then i called last week they said the same thing and that someone might call me in six months. It's been six months I didn't hear from anyone again and they ignored my email after saying to reach out.
