I recently took my kitten for her very first vet visit and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Arya was especially kind and attentive. He took great care of my kitten and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. I also have a 6-year-old cat, and after this experience, I’ll definitely be bringing him here from now on. It’s also super convenient that they’re open on Saturdays! I've been with this hospital for three years, but not sure anymore. The staff are very nice and helpful, but professionally speaking, not so much. I recently took my dog there for a checkup and collected some tissues for testing. The results came back: incomplete sample. Then the hospital called and recommended a retesting, and wanted to charge me one more time (320 CAD for testing, and 60 CAD for needle)...This is obviously not fair, they didn't collect enough sample in the first place, and the customers have to bear the brunt? Ridiculous! Besides, when I took a look at the medicine they gave, the instructions say: 13kg per day for five day. The medicine is a 10ml bottle of liquid, and my dog is a 30lb corgi. A r kidding me? I don't trust them anymore, will seek another clinic.
