This review is for their oil & filter change service. Staff is courteous but the do not come here for an oil & filter change. I opted to try BC Tires because of proximity for a synthetic oil & filter change service which costs pretty much the same as the others...but man, they just handed me the key and invoice at the end. No report let alone a single word about the condition of my vehicle. For this price, I would've gotten a standard/basic multi-point inspection report - some shops even send you a walk-through video (underside included) prior to pick up.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My car died in the middle of the road when I went full Dominic Toretto on it. I managed to push it into the parking lot in front of Mr. Lube, and that’s when Ricky and Tej came through like absolute legends. They spent so much time helping me diagnose the problem and did everything they could to assist me. Jatin and Ricky even helped me straighten up my car by pushing it into place. Seriously the best people ever — kind, genuine, and willing to go out of their way for a complete stranger. Huge respect for these guys! Especially for RICKY!!!

Kevin and the guys at the Surrey Fraser hwy shop were amazing!!! We came to the shop close to the end of day looking for a second opinion on our damaged rim and tire. We were told by another shop that the tire wasn't able to hold the air because the rim was damaged. Turns out it there was a nail in the tire. And nothing wrong with the riml!!! The guys repaired the tire on the spot and we were all fixed up within 30min!!! Thank you BC Tire!!!!). Highly recommend their work.
