AMAZING SERVICE THANKYOU! I went in today wanting to do a very last minute project for someone going to a Kendrick Lamar concert tomorrow! There was a man and a woman working at 5pm and they were both very kind. It was rather busy but they were both calm cool and collected. I asked if I could print a picture from the internet onto a peice of transfer paper. I provided the transfer paper that I got off Amazon I just needed a colour print onto it as I don’t own a computer or printer. The lady helped me resize and make the image perfect before sending to the printer. She also helped me with the second image! Now my dad has a cool custom hoodie for the concert tomorrow night!! We both are so grateful!! Thankyou for helping me today! I went to a few other places before this and no one was able to do it except Post Net!

Awful customer service! I was first in line for a printing job and the person working there was totally rude. I had sent a file to print and he didn’t even bothered to ask how many copies, black and white or color. He copied one in color which I didn’t want and when I mentioned it he rudely replied. Will never go there. If you value yourself and your money, this place is to avoid! He was so impolite with other customers as well while waiting for him to learn how to refresh his email to see my file! The interactions left me feeling so horrible that I wish some manager see this and change their way of treating customers.
