I utilized climate control storage for a few months here. They quickly issued me a unit, supplied me with the necessary lock (which I bought separately), provided me a password to get through the locked gate, and made the terms very clear for monthly renewal fees. I appreciate that the gate opens between 6AM and 10 PM. The space was clean with mouse prevention in use. They have someone walking the premises regularly to ensure all is well - I saw them almost everytime I spent time rearranging things in my storage unit. Ending my stay there was also easy. They gave me a coupon for a free night at a hotel in Lava, ID just for utilizing their storage space. I had a good experience here.

Cleanest most secure storage in Utah county. The owners are great too. Not only is the site safe and clean, the owners live on property and manage every detail. Modern security and 24 hour access and no “shenanigans” 🙌🏼. All at market rates.
