Great vet, very compassionate. Stark difference between here and Lakeshore in Oakville. We only went to Lakeshore because they had a late appointment available. This place is definitely better for my cat and they're following her needs perfectly!

Fantastic experience, I’ve been looking for a good vet for the last 6 months and I think I finally found them. They listened to my concerns and discussed every option with me thoroughly so there were no surprises, no hidden costs. My dog was treated like royalty and that means a lot. We went in for a few concerns and came out feeling waaay better with a game plan. Not to mention their prices are fantastic. My last vet charged for just a urinalysis the exact same as what we paid today for her visit, urinalysis, ear medication and medicam for my entire visit at Downtown. I’m happy I won’t dread going to the vet when something goes wrong with my animals. Thank you so much!

I'm new in town and I recently got a puppy. I was not satisfied with the previous vet, so I came here to try. We got about 280 (inc. Tax) for 2nd shots (everything except Rabies) and deworming. Which is a fair price! From the moment I stepped into this animal hospital, I was thoroughly impressed. My first impression was of a very clean and meticulously organized space. This immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely comfortable bringing my pets here, with no worries about stressful or uncontrolled interactions with other animals. The waiting area and exam rooms were clearly designed with pet and owner comfort in mind. The level of service was outstanding across the board. Communication was prompt and refreshingly clear. Every recommendation made for my pet's care was reasonable and explained thoroughly, allowing me to make informed decisions without feeling pressured. And, of course, the kindness shown by every staff member was truly heartwarming. They treated my pets with genuine compassion and gentleness. I have to give a special mention to the receptionist, who was incredibly attentive and clearly very well-trained. She handled everything efficiently and with a welcoming smile, making the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. It's also evident that this hospital invests in providing comprehensive care. They offer a variety of in-house services and have impressively new equipment, which speaks volumes about their commitment to high standards and modern veterinary medicine. As a former vet tech, my bar for animal care is admittedly very high. I notice the little things, the protocols, and the overall atmosphere. I can honestly say this hospital didn't just meet my expectations – they were beyond. The professionalism, the quality of care, and the genuine compassion are all top-notch. There's no doubt in my mind: from now on, I will be taking my pets here. For anyone in Hamilton seeking truly exceptional veterinary care where you can feel confident your beloved companions are in the best hands, I cannot recommend this animal hospital enough.
