Sue WrayThis vet office was absolutely amazing We had to help a very sick bunny hop over the the rainbow bridge. The staff was amazing, they had a very private room, with a forest painted on the walls, lowered lights, music, a bed to make it comfortable for our bun and helpful to us in a dustressful time. They allowed us as much time as needed. They arranged for the ashes to be delivered to our local vet. This was not our vet office, they treated us like family. I would travel there to have any of my pets helped over the rainbow bridge, it was so peaceful and warm. Thank you for making a difficult and distressful time easier. Your kindness was greatly appreciated by all of us.
AMPFirst off.. I booked a neuter with you guys. This is my first experience at this animal hospital because I am student so I wanted to get a good deal to get my dog neutered that wouldn’t be overly priced. I picked up my dog and everything was fine. But now I’m seeing this attached to the package they gave me. You guys are not dog trainers and you cannot assume that the prong is being used incorrectly. Also the wording in your message that it’s inhumane.. haha. When owning a dog who is over 100lbs and is reactive, this is part of training the dog using a prong collar. My dog has never shown pain towards the collar because he is massive and strong. Aswell, no one said this directly to my face during pick up so it is not your place to insert it and hide it till I opened the package once I came back home. This is how you loose customers. No one asked for your opinion on how I take care of my dog. And next time you wanna say something to your future customers say it to their face not write a pathetic essay about it.
