Erst wurde aufgrund eines technischen Defektes mein Termin abgesagt, dann trotz mehrmaligem Schreiben und Anrufens kam keine weitere Antwort. Kein weiterer Termin, die Gutschein habe ich nun versucht zu retournieren und es klappt einfach nichts.

Jutta S.Zügige Lieferung, eigentlich sorgfältig verpackt, in einzelnen Tüten - leider ist eine Packung bereits feucht geliefert worden. Im ersten Moment habe ich überlegt, ob beim Packen nicht sorgfältig auf den Zustand des Produktes geachtet wurde und man „fleckige“ Produkte selbst gern loswerden möchte. Aber: Die Tüte selbst war nicht feucht, und da das Produkt eine unbenutzte Oberfläche hatte, habe ich ein Zurücksenden nicht für nötig erachtet und nutze das Produkt nun. Das Produkt selbst ist sehr angenehm: es macht wirklich eine weiche Haut, auch an der Ferse! Ich muss mich nach dem Duschen an den heißen Tagen in einer Dachgeschosswohnung nun nicht mehr eincremen, da die Haut bereits unter der Dusche gepflegt wurde. Prima!
