This doctors office is a joke.. you can never get a hold of anyone and they don't care about you or your needs, they are more concerned about going on vacations than they are their patients

Always friendly, I never have had to wait long in the waiting room. They seem to really pay attention to our scheduled appointment times. I have enjoyed every doctor and/or nurse practitioner

I have been going to this clinic for almost 4years now. My average wait time on hold calling this clinic is 30 minutes. I'm over that time on hold now. They finally answered and guess what they hung up on me and didn't bother to call me back. They called people a year ago to survey them about this. Guess what they did? Nothing. Absolutely nothing at all. It's only getting worse. I'm done I really like my doctor I have but only Jesus Christ is worth waiting for this long on hold. Plainly put there hold time sucks.

My perspective isn't full as I only came in as a new patient the one time, but it was enough to know this clinic isn't great. First, I had to make the appointment almost two months ahead of time. The week before my appointment, they cancel and reschedule then sent 8 different text confirmations about the appointment. On top of that, the new patient intake is so disorganized and nonsensical that I felt like I had to chase them down just to get answers about my appointment, all to be matched with a doctor that tells me the care I had been getting at my last clinic didn't align with their policies. It's clear they function at a very disorganized level and the medical system is difficult enough to navigate without a PCP that makes things harder. Maybe if you navigate through all the silliness and still manage to conclude it's a good fit, then it'll be right for you. Wasn't the case for me.
