The team at CBI health Belleville has been an integral part of my ongoing recovery after having 2 spinal surgeries in less than a year. Their personalized approaches and genuine care for their clients is very evident. They take the time to listen, analyze and advocate for you, creating an all encompassing program of care that allows you to rebuild yourself both physically and mentally. Celebrating your successes with you and supporting you when there are setbacks, finding new ways to tackle the obstacles with you. Special thanks to Ashley, Teri ( Kinesiologists) and Zein ( Physiotherapist) who are masters of their crafts and have made a huge difference in reducing my pain and supporting me in safely rebuilding my body. In addition to their highly skilled and compassionate rehabilitation team, their administrator Kim is lovely and always welcomes you with a smile, working with you to find the best schedule to meet your individual needs. I would highly recommend this clinic and am very grateful to their team.

They don’t give up on their patients like the other clinic has done to me they Have been wonderful understanding my situation and has reschedule Accommodated me when I forget my appointments due to my severe head injury. Anil took me from not being able to move my right arm, and difficulty walking after a severe accident to being able to do my daily routine without a hitch. He is an amazing communicator and listener and tailored my recovery plan day to day. He went out of his way to ensure I was ok both physically and mentally after such a major accident. I have never felt so taken care of professionally. Kim the admin goddess was not only able to submit my paper work to insurance; when insurance wasn’t able to send me digitally writable/fillable documents through Docusign like programs.. she was able to quickly follow up and let me know what I need to complete for forms even submitting a form for an arm brace I needed to be able to sleep. You need someone who is as amazing as this team!! 100% satisfied customer.
