After doing a detailed assessment, Kavita developed a customized treatment program to address all of my issues. Over several weeks of treatment, Kavita assessed my physical progress on a regular basis and made adjustments to the exercise program and manual manipulation treatments to match my recovery. She is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in making great progress on their journey to being pain free.

Kavita was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She did a thorough assessment of my son before starting any exercises and created a great personalized program with increasing difficulty. She made physio interesting and fun for my 2 year old and we quickly saw improvements in his strength and movement. She worked with toys and activities he preferred to make the sessions fun. She provided us with simple and achievable exercises that we could work on at home. We have been very happy with our experience with Kavita and would see her again for any physiotherapy needs.

My daughters physiotherapist Kavita guided, informed, and aided my newborn daughter and provides such care to her and myself. In a time were I was terrified to put my newborn into someone else’s helping hands, Kavita eased my worries immediately. She is sweet, fun, kind, and extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She ensured my husband and I had the knowledge to perform her physio at home, and answered my never-ending questions with educated information. My daughters comfort and tolerance was a top priority while ensuring that her muscular issues were resolved. We continue seeing Kavita to ensure my daughter stays on track with her milestones, even now at 7 months old. I fully and completely recommend Kavita. I never have felt like we were just another appointment, or that we were just another client to bill. Kavita is extremely skilled and has been a blessing in my life as a new mother. My daughter is now excelling and surprising her pediatrician with her strength, coordination, and is meeting her milestones early.
