I went in there a few times after work with my EMS uniform on, carrying a backpack as well as a big purse and no one approached me once. Today, I went into the store with my regular clothes on, carrying a shopping bag and I was approached immediately and told to leave my bag at the front. It's a shame they make it so uncomfortable to shop around in their store. Everyone carries their own bags now and they need to accept that. Their clothes have also became quite outdated. It's unfortunate as Dots used to have a good selection and the kindest staff.

I love this place, I am from Ontario and we don't have this store. I have a store nearby me that sells these same brands for triple the price. Employees very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to and easy to find things. I got pants and a coat and sweaters and socks and hair scrunchies .
