Used them to ship a Pinball machine. I would never use them again. 20 days to go from Salt Lake to Austin. 20. Days. Not only that but they charged $750 to ship it. I shipped a CAR from Chicago to Austin for $1200 and it got here next day. Yet they can’t get a pinball machine here in less than 20 days? 5 days was reasonable. 7-10 is really slow. 20 days? Unacceptable.

Don't expect them to arrive on time to the move, there will be some "miscommunication" from the person you talk to over email and the crew. Then the reps will pat each other on the back in the same email thread for making sure they sent out a great crew while avoiding taking responsibility for their obvious mistakes. The crew was nice when they finally arrived though.

Sold an arcade machine online to someone out of state that wanted it shipped. They found this company. Was in full contact with the buyer and movers. The day came to have the machine shipped and the movers are extremely rude about the route I had the machine at, the condition of the machine, and were overall nasty people. They repeatedly called back to HQ since the machine came into pieces and I had informed them of that, but they didn't want to have to deal with the pieces. All in all, I took pictures since I didn't get a good vibe and they did not let me remove an attached part of the machine. They said they would cover everything on the outside of the machine so I let them ship it incorrectly. A few missed drop offs later and it comes out that the part they wouldn't let me disconnect broke and they were blaming me that it was broken on pick up. Though, I had pictures of the day they picked it up so it's all on them. All in all, very unprofessional crew. I no longer allow shipping of my machines due to this experience. Update: For their comment I did not pay for their services I was the one helping give the machine to them. Buyer paid for shipping. I would not be in their system. 2. They ended up tracking me down on Facebook to talk to me about my review. Expect that if you leave a bad review.

My agency had a scheduled pick up (BUF-792-4) from this company today. The 2 gentlemen, Jonathan Hoesel and Brian Smith were very timely, professional, friendly and such a pleasure to work with.
