Jori and Austin took care of my cat Katy while I was on vacation for three weeks. I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend their services. I knew from the first "meet and greet" visit that they were very caring, friendly and professional people. They did an amazing job taking care of Katy and keeping me updated. They even drove in a snowstorm on a couple of the days to make sure Katy was well taken care of! Finally, I will say that when I came home, everything was immaculate. The litter box was completely clean and litter holder empty and Jori had cleaned the carpet a couple of times where my cat had thrown up. I am glad to know them and will be using them again and again in future travels. Thank you Jori and Austin.

I had the pleasure of having Jori and Austin watch my two cats over Thanksgiving break, they were absolutely wonderful! I felt comfortable with them right away and knew my home would be in great hands. I got little updates and photos throughout the sit and came home to very happy cats! Bonus; my apartment was cleaner than I had left it! If you have the opportunity to have Jori and Austin watch your pets, do it!!

Austin and Jori are not just people who come in and stay with your pet- they go far beyond what you may think you need when you ask someone to watch your pet while you are away. They start with great communication up front about what you want and need from them. Every aspect is outlined before you even leave i.e. what time they should arrive, things specific to your pet's personality and needs and all things that will put your mind at ease when you leave your pet and home in their care. They have watched our dogs several times now and each time our expectations are exceeded. They send pictures and updates as often as you request. They leave the house clean and organized. They communicate toward the end of the stay to make sure you are on track to arrive home as expected. Austin and Jori are professional, responsible and just super nice people. Their love for animals is genuine and from the pictures they send, you just know your pet is well cared for and content. I would highly recommend them for pet/house sitting!

We had Jori and Austin take care of our cat while away on vacation. They were professional, caring, and thorough. They sent daily pictures from their visits. In addition to taking care of our pet, they offered to take care of houseplants, take our garbage and recycling to the curb on pickup days, and check our mail. The peace of mind they provided was priceless. I cannot recommend them enough and will be using them again for future vacations.
