They were quick to respond and seemed very nice and professional based on our phone conversations. Alan came to my house, went up to take a look at the roof, informed me of everything they would do, and I received a quote the very next day. Alan was quick to respond to any questions and concerns and he always informed me of what his team was about to do and when they would do it. He always kept me in the loop and there was no funny business. They always arrived on time when they said they would and cleaned up very well. We had a broom that went missing and Alan had no problem reimbursing me for that without any hassle or issues, which I really appreciated. Honesty and integrity is very important; these qualities can be quite rare nowadays and this interaction left a very good impression on me. They were professional, honest, punctual, and fast.
