I've been waiting over 90 days for resolution on my roof project and talked to 5 different people at the Central Florida BCR location without success. Each person I've managed to talk to has been fired/laid off one after another and there is no guidance on who to talk to and how to resolve my contract so we can obtain the certificate of completion to complete my insurance claim from Hurricane Milton. It's nearly impossible to get direct phone numbers or emails, Tampa office doesn't talk to Orlando and claims they don't have numbers for them - which is where Contracts/AR is based. This has been the most draining, distressing and stressful construction project I've dealt with. The whole process feels shady, no one can give accurate contract numbers, there are no itemized expenses after numerous emails, phone calls and conversations. My roof project sits halfway finished and no one can answer a question clearly or consistently about what's happening next and how we move from the current state to a certificate of completion. As of yesterday, I was informed that there are $3k in additional unapproved charges from July's install that I never approved and was never informed of until chasing the AR department for the last 30+ days. I never received an invoice until yesterday for anything. I found out today their AR department was fired this morning. I have no idea where to go next. I would recommend avoiding this company.
