When our roof was damaged during the storms around the Eaton Fire, we thought the hardest part would be the repairs—but it turned out the real challenge was dealing with our insurance company. I had the pleasure of interacting with Mike Lee to get an estimate for a full re-roof of my house and garage. From the beginning of the conversation until the very end Mike made it very clear that my experience as the potential customer was the most important thing. We discussed what was happening with my roof, and he pointed out areas where they would do certain things to prevent future issues and needs. He was clear and very informative with the process of the replacement including videos and samples so I had something to see and touch.
