Team dental does not respect their patients time! They hand you a appointment card ( Don"t expect to be back soon) You will then get a bunch of texts. You confirm the text and you will get more texts with a different times on it. Then you call there. You are immediately put on hold! You wait 15 minutes no one picks up. You call back and find out Team Dental has reschedule your appointment. You ask to speak to the office manager. Here is where the attitude really starts!!!! She is so unprofessional and rude!!!! Team Dental DOES NOT CARE you have taken off time from work, lost money and WORST OF ALL you do not receive the dental / medical care you made and confirmed the appointment for in the first place!!! I am a union member, local 94 and have no idea how local 94 has them on our plan!!! Union Brothers and Sisters there are other dentist on our plan Don't lose money here!!!! Evey ones time is valuable!!!

Scam! Scam! Scam! Stay away from this office they are out of their minds and unsanitary. They hire hygienist that don't even clean half your teeth then spill water down your back and don't say anything but all done! Then you will not be asked for payment at the office but sent a bill for thousands of dollars for services never received. Stay away!

I’ve intermittently been to this dentist multiple times and every time have had a good experience. The people at the front desk are very kind and knowledgeable about the insurances they work with. I went in to remove my wisdom teeth but it was a rush to do it and they got me in 1 week which showed how important I was to them! The doctors themselves for the most part are friendly. I’m very big on bedside manner hence my 4 instead of 5. The assistants are all wonderful. I wasn’t the happiest of the option I received but they drilled it into my head that it was really the best option that I had, and I did appreciate them looking out for my safety. I just don’t want to have this same surgery for the 3rd time and wish I properly expressed that but there’s always room for improvement. Anywho, I would recommend this team!

Avoid this dentist. Moved to Old Bridge in 2022 and needed to find a local dentist. The first dentist I met with saw me as a gold mine, clearly. I've never been "recommended" all of these procedures, but he was all about the money grab. Next time I went there (after a molar broke), I was happier with the new dentist. Happiness ends after I go to get the crown added and asked to fix my front tooth that had been chipped from a shell (at a restaurant). He puts bonding on it and on the way to the front desk to pay/setup next meeting, the assistant worries me and says that I will need to get the bonding fixed every couple of years. Then, multiple people (office staff) make it worse and tell me that it could be every 6 months that it needs maintenance/fixing. This turned into so much anxiety, especially since I was trying to submit the claim to the restaurant's insurance company, and the dentist flat out refused to write a letter for me stating the front tooth/bonding/future situations. No general statements, no specific, no nothing. They made me wait almost a month and denied me a letter. I have NEVER experienced unlicensed office staff giving patients medical opinions, let alone a dentist who refused to talk to me. I had to speak to the self-serving staff. Cherry on top... the dentist loves to talk trash about a presidential candidate. Again, to each their own regarding politics, but I never want to hear my dentist's political affiliation - no religion. I changed dentists immediately and suggest going to Empire which is in the same building. The entire staff at this place has painted me to be an annoyance when I was the one who was wronged. "Maybe try talking to the dental hygienist who is friends with the dentist. That should help in getting you the letter you need." This is type of non-kosher stuff they do here. Avoid this terrible dentist office and group of officer workers who DO NOT CARE about you as a patient.
