Best Western Plus Executive Inn

This hotel has good fundamentals with its great location, elevator, and laundry room. However, the upkeeping really leaves a lot to be desired. The hallways had a strange odor, and the room floor was so dirty that my feet turned charcoal immediately after walking barefoot in my room. The wooden floorboards were also warped and squeaky with every step. To make things worse, the water pressure in the bathroom was low, making washing and showering a poor experience. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues and make this motel great again.

I usually do not give negative feedback, but in this case, I just had to. I asked hotels.com for a refund, since I stayed only 15 minutes in the hotel before leaving, but they said management refused the request. But, when I left after 15 minutes, the man at the desk said he could not issue a refund because it needed to be done by hotels.com, so I tried, but that was a disappointment. The hotel site say it is pet friendly, but it should not include urine smell in main lobby and hallway. I went to my first room, passed by an angry barking dog in the corridor, with what seems to be permanent resident having a party with next door occupants. I entered the room, stanch of cigarette smoke smell and dirt. I asked for another room, and they did give me another room on second floor. Room tired and dirty. I realize that there was space in nextdoor hotel, so I went. My allergies started to trigger because of the dog smell, I just had to. Some reviews say you get what you pay for, but it is not that cheap actually, at 50$ a night, perhaps it would be ok. So, go there only, and only if there is absolutely no other options.

With in days of staying here my cat was horribly p poisoned by what ever they use under the beds . Some type of white powder covered completely underneath bed ! My cat's completely covered with white powder. We then had to put our pore baby to rest 😞 . Please make sure if you have pets especially cats be careful they spray the rooms with toxic poison. Can smell fumes coming out of the rooms .
