Great care given. I was very satisfied Although I asked if there was a doctor there and the receptionist said “yes”. It was actually a nurse practitioner I found out after care was given. She was great but it was misleading.

I had to bring my two kids in when one of them got hurt. There was only one doctor on shift but they were very attentive and kind even giving my children snacks and letting us wait in the room until the doctor was ready for us. It was a very good experience for my child that was hurt as well they were very gentle and kind with her.

We've had multiple horrible experiences with billing! They've sent bills to collections without ever sending us the bill, refused to work with our insurance, and not billed for months after a visit. Providers are OK but not the best. I highly recommend going to Peace Health Urgent Care or the ER at the Cottage Grovr hospital for small things. For bigger issues, just go straight to River Bend in Springfield.
