Initially I thought this was an ok experience. Was seen quickly for an urgent care facility. I explained my symptoms to the doctor which were in line with a sinus infection. In her opinion, after a 5 minute appointment of her looking in my ears and throat, I didn’t have one so she treated me for allergies. 2 more weeks later after a prescribed round of steroids and antihistamines, I have not gotten any better. When I called to explain that I need antibiotics because I was misdiagnosed, I was told that I would need to come in and pay another $130 copay to be seen again. This clinic screams profit over people. Edit: your cut and paste response shows how much you truly care about patients.

I was able to easily fill out paperwork online and check in was a lot quicker. I went on a Thursday morning and was seen right away. They helped me promptly and asked really thorough questions and gave me some great recommendations that helped resolve my vertigo I was experiencing. I was so relieved to get the help I needed so quickly! I’ve come to this urgent care a few times over the years and I’ve always gotten the care I needed.

Let me start off by saying business is like this. Walk-in clinic are making me lose faith in good health care and good doctors who actually care about their patients I have been seeing them for about 6 months. They know I have asthma on my chart. They refused to refill my inhaler unless I came in there and let them charged my insurance again. So I called another primary care doctor in the same town of Eugene, Oregon and they filled it over the phone without me coming in and charging my insurance. This place only cares about money. They do not care about the patient and the staff. There are extremely rude the nastiest people I have ever met I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy there's plenty of other doctors as I found that will refill things like inhalers over the phone. If you have it on your chart. These people will not cuz they do not care about you feeling better. They care about charging your insurance

Unfortunately did not feel like the doc I saw took my symptoms seriously. She was slightly patronizing. I had called my primary physician’s office prior to explain what was going on and they recommended I see someone. Urgent care was the quickest option so that’s what I did. I was basically hoping for a topical to help with some excessive itching/irritation I am experiencing from a pretty gnarly sunburn and was told there was nothing she could prescribe me. I’ve had cortisone prescriptions for less invasive issues so not really sure why that couldn’t be considered. I had already tried all home remedies and was experiencing extreme burning sensation every time I applied a product. So I was hoping for a little help, something to soothe so I could manage at work when I am not able to tend to it for 8 hrs. This docs demeanor was insensitive and belittling. She told me to take a cold shower. Having tried all the home remedies I could think up, I was a bit insulted. I came to urgent care because my remedies didn’t work. I left feeling extremely disheartened. Even if there’s a good reason she couldn’t prescribe me something to help- (which she didn’t explain), she could have at the very least attempted better bedside manner. People like that really know how to make you feel like your discomfort/pain doesn’t matter. Will not be returning to this location.
