I had a completely positive experience, from checking in, to seeing the NP, receiving a simple treatment plan and going about my day! I went just after noon and there was no wait to check-in and I saw the practitioner after maybe 3 minutes. I’m from out of state, and a Kaiser HMO member, and they’re able to take care of everything with my insurance seamlessly.

The staff was very friendly and the caregiver was very professional in helping me get the help I needed to get the medical treatment for my terrible head cold. I showed up late in the day. The caregiver quickly diagnosed me and I was able to go to a pharmacy that was open late and get my prescriptions. I'm getting better thanks to their efforts! Thank you so much! David Cook
