I went to urgent care 5 days after my symptoms began. Was very miserable by then. I got in right away. Front desk staff very kind and thoughtful. My visit with Cynthia Voegeli was very good. She took her time, asked many questions and made me feel comforted. She explained that I had Acute Bronchitis and recommended 4 Rx's explaining each one and how they should be the best solution.....She was very professional, kind and thoughtful. I felt better when I left, and am beginning to feel better. Thank you for everything.....

The entire team at Best Med has always been very friendly very concerned and ask a lot of questions about how you know you’re feeling and your symptoms and the very gentle and I also love the fact that even when I went in the other day, they said it was going to be an hour and a half wait and I only waited 20 minutes. You know there were several other people waiting ahead of me and yet these guys are so effective with their time That I was in and out within probably 2530 minutes.

The staff is beyond awesome. Serena is amazing at what she does and you can tell there is genuine care for each patient. I came into this Urgent Care due to the issue not being solved at NW Primary care a week prior. I was experiencing a lot of discomfort. Serena went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. She explained what my issue was, and how to resolve it properly. She is the G.O.A.T. 🐐 Laurie was also great at the front desk. She walked me through the new patient paperwork and got me in so fast to resolve my issue! S/O to Laurie 💪 Adrienne and Megan are the best! They were so fast with identifying everything and also explained it well. You can tell there is a genuine care to help and serve the patients they work with. Melissa was also amazing! You can tell she loves her job and is great at it. She took her time and listened and was able to come up with solutions for me. She made my priorities, her priorities which is all you can ask for anytime you go into an urgent care. Overall, my experience here was second to none. To say they are efficient and excellent would be an understatement. I think I was in for a total of 30 mins or less and was more than happy after I left. Amazing people, great energy, and a team that works so well together. Their chemistry is 🔥🔥🔥 definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an urgent care in the area. I live about 40 mins North, and if I even need an urgent care to go to that is reliable, great service, and solving the issue, I’ll be going to this one 10/10 times regardless the drive. Thank you guys so much again !!!!

BestMed Urgent Care - Woodburn is a great medical facility. They treat you with professionalism and great care. The medical staff listen to you and also hear you when sharing your symptoms. A top notch medical facility.
