Thanks a lot to BEA kuniyamuthur team especially Mr.Razeek and the branch Manager who came to my home and did the measurements to select the tv size whether 65inches or 75inches and finalized 75 inches. Within 1hour installation of the TV is completed. Really both are very hard work and sincere to the core.

I purchased an appliance recently, the service was decent not as much as it needed to be. Most of the customers don't know all the details needed to purchase an appliance, it is the duty of the sales person to share it even if it's just a minute of information. The management could provide more seating arrangements for the employees as well so that they don't have to move whenever a customer wants to see an appliance that's behind them. I had to pay an extra 1500 from my hand apart from paying at the store even though they said that we do not have to pay anything outside the store for the appliance. The store should be responsible rather than sharing the sales person's number and asking a customer to contact them to solve the issue, How can a salesperson assist us in this case? Money doesn't come easy for us.
