Worst experience. I bought an aux cable and before purchasing I informed him that if it does not suit my music system, I will be returning it. He did not utter a word saying that he will accept the return only if the pack is not opened (not sure how one can check without taking out the cable from the cover) or if the cable is not working. Lame excuses even after coming and checking. Reply to your message: What is the proof that the car system is faulty? In that case, you should have tested the aux cable with another system and shown it to me that it worked. There is no proof that the car system is faulty. Troubleshooting was not effective I would say, no solution provided till now.
