Came here for electronics stuff. Used to go to Akihabara or Yurakucho locations. Happened to be here one week ago talked to an associate Ms Usui San 薄井さん。 She was very kind to talk to me because usually I feel that Japanese speaking workers don’t like to speak to foreigners 😊 but she was very nice. Today I need to talk to other staff because Ms Usui was not working that day. Anyhow staff was very helpful and I had a great experience. I also happened to be there before the store opened and saw some very interesting ceremony-like store-opening.

Anything you need that is electrical. They have it here. It's a great place & my MUST go to place when I visit Japan. Bought a shaver & a ear phone this trip. Remember to ask for tax-free to safe 10% . Grab a coupon from the airport or hotel you stay because it saves you an additional 3%, 5% or 7%, depending on what you buy.

Bought the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 combo. Great price. But they're very quick hand you a piece of paper that says if there's anything wrong with it don't bother coming back. Call DJI. But that's not all! They then they advised me I needed a 256 micro disk which isn't part of the bundle. Fine, no problem. Until they showed me the price (20% off, mind you) of ¥17,800! ($122) I found it in Amazon Jp for ¥6,000 ($41). Take a 20% or even 30% upcharge. But 300%!!!??? Rip off.

I have been here in 20th Sept 2024, shopping in 6/F (or 7/F) the toys floor. The cashier lady who named 松岡 (I hope I remembered right) and wearing a mask treated me so well. She helped me to separate the things I bought into 2 tax-free bags as I demanded, for putting in the suitcase easier. And she let me know that I can use the coupon to enjoy the discount that I didn't know. (I only have the photo of some of the toys that I bought...) Thank you so much!
