Absolutely Disgraceful Service – A Complete Disaster from Start to Finish! If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. I placed an order on Thursday and missed the delivery on Friday. I immediately contacted the Edinburgh depot, and they assured me I could either collect from Glasgow depot or wait for Saturday delivery. I chose to wait — BIG mistake. Saturday came and went with NO DELIVERY. No phone call, no driver, NOTHING. I called customer service and asked for a simple request: either call me one hour before delivery so I could arrange to meet the driver at my restaurant OR leave it with our neighbour. They said, “Yes, no problem.” Another LIE. Today is Monday, and once again, they didn’t call me an hour before. Instead, they called me when the driver was already outside! I asked if I could collect it from the depot, and they said yes. I got in my car and drove there. Five minutes before arriving, I called to ask them to prepare the order. They said “yes, we’ll do it.” Guess what? Another LIE. When I got there, they said, “Sorry, we can’t give you the order, you have to wait for the driver to return.” UNBELIEVABLE. I even told them, “Just give me the items from storage, and swap them back when the driver returns.” They REFUSED. This company has wasted my time, my fuel, and my patience. I’ve been out of beer for FOUR DAYS, all because of their complete incompetence, lack of communication, and empty promises. Do yourself a favour — AVOID this company at all costs. Utterly unreliable, unprofessional, and disrespectful to their customers' time and business. SHAMEFUL. It will be my last order today!
I must say the depot is far better than most easy to access and get tipped staff are good and go extra mile to help only thing missing is the free coffee and chocolate bars Keep up good work suppose it’s down to the age of staff all a bit older !!!!pmsl
Arrived before booking time,straight onto a bay,staff,down to earth,friendly,no messing about,large enough waiting area for hgv to wait if need be,
