They are amazing! I worked with Gage - he was very knowledgeable and provided me in-depth information along with quotes on both asphalt and metal roofing. Their prices were surprisingly affordable, had great warranties, and even came with financing/payment plans. Amanda was pleasant, always a call away, and there to provide assistance when needed. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks for the team to get out to me, and got my roof within a week of signing the contract. Not only did the project start ahead of schedule, they were able to provide me with a new roof in roughly 5 hours with a five-man team. Absolutely amazing! I love my new roof. Big Lick Roofing is just incredible. Great communication, friendly staff, focused on attention to detail, and most importantly affordable. I am a very satisfied customer.
