My experience at Billingsley Hyundai of Lawton was great beginning to end. Its all thanks to Issac Kamont. I was looking for a Sonata hybrid at multiple dealerships. While I could barely even get any information on availability, let alone price, Issac consistently kept me updated and allowed me to test drive a Sonata model. I appreciate the transparency and honesty that made the purchase smooth with no headaches. I'll be driving my Sonata for quite a while.

Ensure the service department follows their protocol with taking pictures of your vehicle before service. I dont write reviews. We had new tires mounted and an alignment. This was the first time getting new tires since the vehicle was bought new. Upon completion and inspection of service there were clear machine marks and damage on the surface of the wheel (see pictures). The alignment had to be redone after they tried to convince us that "the pulling to the left was due to the front wheel drive." An incredible insult of our intelligence not to mention being an 18 year active duty Marine Officer who's a motor transportation maintenance specialist. We had to go back twice before they magically fixed it contradicting their reasoning for it not being correct the first time. And you can guess the owner has denied responsibility and ignoring communication for a remedy. A class act this place.

The service, as always, was excellent. The service technician performed a 16,000 mile service and an ABS recall upgrade in a timely manner. The bright spot of the service was Peyton. She greeted us when we arrived and was friendly and helpful answering questions about the recall upgrades. When we picked up the car after the service, my wife noticed there was no service sticker in the upper left side of the windshield. She brought this to Peyton’s attention and she immediately went inside and printed a sticker, then placed it on the inside of the windshield. Again, great service!
