Val did a great quarterly Inspection of my HVAC system ad part of Binsky’s “Partner Program” which has already paid for itself, Mark helped me pick a nice efficient 2-stage powerful model (both AC and furnace) for my home for a fair price, and as Fred S. and Steve H. installed a brand new HVAC system in a short amount of time, all within 3 days. Great company, very competent people, and efficient units and servicing options.

Greatest experience with Dennis!!! He is friendly and greeted me with a smile. He is professional and thorough. I love his spirit!!! This was for a service call for my A/C. This is the first time that I’ve felt good after this kind of visit. Later in the day, Mark visited to talk about a new cooling system. There was no pressure, Mark was patient and explained everything. He answered all of my questions and gave me plenty of options. Mark, you are awesome! I look forward to working with Dennis, Mark, and Binsky again! I am also looking forward to my new cooling system. Based on this visit, I highly recommend this company!

I have had a good experience with Binsky before, but today was the best. First hot spell of the season AC doesn’t work. Other companies had me waiting a week or more, but Binsky had a tech there that day. After working a long day, Marco S. arrives at 6:30 pm. Great attitude, friendly, knowledgeable. He ran a battery of tests and diagnosed the problem. A/C is working and my wife is happy!!

Words cannot describe my immense satisfaction with the communication, quality of work, and service provided by Binsky. You truly get what you pay for, and in in the case, you get more in the way of peace of mind and satisfaction. Our experience with Binsky began with a free estimate with Mark. Mark is knowledgeable and took the time to truly inspect our house to provide a comprehensive and tailored heating and cooling solution. To be honest, I was surprised that our estimate and conversation lasted a little over an hour, as we discussed the current set up and the various solutions that there was for our full boiler replacement and new install of a ductless heat pump system. Mark took measurements and performed calculations to ensure that the units were properly sized. He took the time to hear my concerns and respond to my questions. He also was very helpful in helping me to understand the technical specifications of the various units. As Mark told me, Binsky isn't the cheapest but definitely won't be the most expensive (and if they are, it won't be by much). Having received 4 estimates including the one from Binsky, I would say that statement certainly was accurate. We were able to work together to ensure that the finances worked out. Ed was an excellent communicator and very helpful to ensure that the job ran smoothly and on time. On the day of our install, Bill and his team showed up on time. They were respectful and observed COVID-19 best practices and protocol. They made sure to lay drop cloths throughout the house to protect our spaces and furniture. The team worked smoothly and professionally to install our boiler and two ductless units. When the install was complete, Bill walked us through the work completed, explained what was done and made sure that we were pleased with the work. The battery backup in our Nest Thermostat died during the install, so when Bill did the walk through with the boiler, the thermostat was acting difficult. Not wanting to leave the job site without going over his work with us, Bill diagnosed the error and solved it, taking the time to run an extra wire (c) so that our Nest Thermostat would be sufficiently powered, even when the boiler is off. This dedication and pride in work cannot be overstated. I truly believe that they have found a lifelong customer in us for our various heating and cooling needs. Updated: 2025 - Several years later, still happy with the level of service Binsky provides. They stand by their work and we have had them handle several jobs for us (whole home generator and even a bathroom remodel). Always reasonable and attentive to our needs as a customer and homeowner.
