On my first visit, they took x-rays and reviewed my concerns (including my Ehlers-Danlos syndrome), and by the second visit, I had a custom care plan. I went to Dr Jess and Jake with chronic pain issues. I could see my condition from their x ray comparison with normal condition. In one month (12 visits) my flexibility increased and pain issues reduced moderately. They don't tell you that pain will go away like magic in one month. As the condition didn't happen in a while, so it will take time to heal,i understand that. They all were caring including Hailey and careful. I loved the place, didn't miss a single visit. They also showed me the improvement after one month through x ray. I wish best for them, I am happy I went to them.
