My chiropractor is wonderful. He always gives me clear answers to my questions and has helped me immensely. He went through my x-rays with me and the scans and explained what's going on. I have NEVER felt rushed nor like I was wasting anyone's time. He is fixing a long-term issue with my hips and I started seeing progress almost immediately. Everyone in the downtown Des Moines Iowa office has a great personality and the decompression bed is awesome. My chiropractor is Dr. Anethon Thiravong.

Dr. Von did a fantastic job. My back and mobility were improved with just a couple of appointments. Dr. Von was always interested in any changes from week to week and made sure I understood what was happening in my back. Alex and Heather were a lot of fun and kept the atmosphere friendly and cooperative so I did not feel like just a patient. I would totally recommend this office and staff for anything.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to hopefully prevent others from going through the same issues. I’ve now had two separate experiences with ongoing billing problems at this chiropractic clinic. The first time, I stopped going altogether out of frustration. A year later, when my sciatica flared up again, I decided to give them another chance — unfortunately, the same billing issues happened again. Most recently, I’ve been waiting nearly two months for a refund for overpayment on several visits. The clinic confirmed that at least two visits were fully paid by insurance, but they refused to issue any refund until they received payments for all four of my last visits. Despite the fact that my insurance confirmed all payments were sent — with the last one issued over a month ago — I’ve yet to receive any money back or even a follow-up communication. The lack of accountability and communication around billing has made an already stressful health issue even worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering this clinic to be prepared for major billing headaches. I understand insurance can be a nuisance but if insurance confirms payment has been sent or better yet, if the clinic confirms they’ve been even partially paid, they should refund what they have received in good faith instead of hanging onto my money for months.
