I'm contemplating sharing a negative review regarding my experience with Nicole, the manager at Roots. My parents purchased Christmas gifts for my children, and since my parents live out of town, I faced the inconvenience of sizes being too small. Despite being 15 days post-Christmas, Nicole declined to facilitate the return or exchange and suggested contacting customer service. This lack of assistance has left me with a negative impression, and I'm hesitant to make future purchases from Roots. Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice that the manager's choice to wear a winter hat in the store struck me as unprofessional. It's disheartening when such details affect the overall shopping experience.
