The desk person, Dip, was wonderfully helpful. He made check in a breeze and gave me everything they offered that I desired. I have booked for 4 days. The room was clean. The bathroom is spacious. And I look forward to swimming tomorrow. Thank you Dip....keep up the friendliest service in Metairie!

The bed was very comfortable. They did not have a little coffee pot like most places do but they did have a small refrigerator and microwave that worked very well. The ice machine in my floor (2nd floor) did not work but the one on the ground floor did. Minor inconvenience, nothing to really worry over unless you have problems navigating stairs. There was no elevator that I saw.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very helpful,hands on, respectful, knowledgeable about the property and the area. But out of all the staff on this property my hat goes to DIP....he was so warming and accommodating. The rooms was very clean,beds were very comfortable, and spacious. This will be my first choice for a place to stay when I come back into town....🙂🙂🙂🙂

I want to give a warm thank you to the staff at this hotel . I originally came into town for an emergency visit to pick up my father and take him back to Houston from the hospital. I didn't know my dad was as weak as he was . As I checked in the checking was awesome and quick . My father had trouble walking , front desk stopped everything to help me get him situated which meant the world to me . I pray god bless this place abundantly 🙏💐😇💝 very nice people and it felt like a home away from home . Dipak is his name , very awesome I wish him the best and that his future is bright as he is ✌️👑🙏💪💐
