We've been renting from these people for 5 or 6 years. They will not fix the damn ac. That said, they put up with us during COVID when we paid our rent late every month. The few times we butt nekkid needed emergency maintenance they made it happen. For us they are definitely 5 stars.

Somewhere between slow to unresponsive to property owner when requesting for Schedule E for taxes. I need to know how much was property manager fees, maintenance, repairs, improvements, cleaning and/or utilities for h&r block. I am stationed overseas and they won’t answer phone calls, texts, or emails. This is every year. I am going to have to find a new management company.

The guy I spoke to Juan was unfortunately unaware of the laws when it comes to service animals. He was more concerned that my service animal was a "pitbull" than he was the fact that he couldnt automatically deny me base on my animal. I hadn't seen the house yet, but wanted to... his response was "you haven't even seen the house and you're making a big deal out of this". I'm making a big deal because you are attempting to break the law. I would not rent from these people, and honestly he needs to double check the law before they end up in a legal battle.
