Very bad service, over priced tariffs, full of complex formalities to retain merchandise and goods, no phone answering, the Zona Franca Bogotá is the worst, my advice: do not make any deal with Blu logistics. FEDEX sent our merchandise to them without any autorization or previous agreement, leading to a waste of time, money and almost losing our goods.
