I called for a taxi to pick me up at the U of M in Mpls on a Friday afternoon. They informed me that I would be picked up in 15 minutes. I called again 30 minutes later & was told the car was 10 minutes away. After waiting another 40 minutes I called for the 3rd time & canceled my ride. The guy hung up on me! Lyft picked me up within 5 minutes. This is why taxi companies go out of business
