I was very impressed with Lorenz Bus Services and their operation during the Minnesota State Fair. I hadn’t shuttled to the Fair in a long time, but I decided to give it a try today with my wife and our two young children. I was unsure of what to expect, but our experience exceeded my expectations. The driver was kind and professional, assisting us in loading our stroller into the undercarriage. The buses were clean, and the pick-up and drop-off processes were straightforward and easy to navigate. I highly recommend using Lorenz for shuttle services to the Fair or for any of your transportation needs. We boarded at Waters Edge, and it was a smooth experience.

My daughter and I rode the bus back from the state fair and we got home and she realized she accidentally left her purse on the bus which contained her phone and some cash. We went back to the park and ride for a couple hours while they communicated with the bus company to try to find the purse. She was so upset and she was crying. We ended up heading home and filing a report with the state fair lost and found. Later that evening my phone rings and it's someone from Lorenz bus company! I was so happy!!! That amazing bus driver found it and kept it safe til it got back to the dispatch office. We went to pick it up and every penny and her phone was there. Absolutely amazing group of people in there! Honest hard working people! We are so very grateful that our situation turned out wonderfully as it did! Thank you!
