The toilet seat snapped off from the base of my camper while I was traveling 1500 miles from my home state, so unable to return home and schedule a repair appointment I had to make an emergency stop at a dealership for repairs. However, knowing parts aren't always readily avail, I called the first dealership, Medford, advised the situation and provided part information, requesting a same day appt. They assured me they could accommodate my request. I did this a week in advance of my arrival to their location so they would have plenty of prep time. However, upon arrival they did not have the part, and, needless to say, they wasted 7 hours of my time with ridiculous delays that could have been resolved during my initial phone call. For instance, which one of my 2 warranties would apply and trying to reroute me to another dealership bc they were not a Nucamp camper service provider. The camper was dropped at 9 am. By 3pm they were advised, whether it was fixed or not, I needed to be hitched up no later than 4pm! To make matters worse, since they didn't have the part they jerry-rigged the repair which caused my camper to flood. When I called to speak with a member of management, I got immature, inept, non-professional phone gatekeepers aka the finance manager and later the store manager (the later who ill-advised for me to wipe up the flood with paper towels and who showed zero concern abt my situation, only trying to save face regarding his staff). It was an absolute nightmare working with Medford and they lost my confidence to work with them further therefore I requested assistance from the regional manager who put me in contact with the amazing folks in Bend, OR. If Medford were the Three Stooges then Bend were the Three Amigos! I'm so grateful for the Bend team for allowing me to overnight in the parking lot and move my remote office, as an RV insurance adjuster, into their building so I could continue to work while they focused on repairs. They were prompt, professional, helpful, and accommodating! They had the part before noon and had everything completed by 4pm!! They had thoughtful interactions with me and assured me that not only was the toilet seat fixed correctly, but the water intrusion was resolved and any concerns I had about future mold issues were mitigated. If you're looking for RV repairs, whether its an emergency or not, this is your repair team! Thanks John, Raul, and Jacquilyn! I had a 10 star experience in Bend, OR!!
