He walked me through roofing materials, timelines, and color options without the salesy pressure, and even did a thorough roof assessment on the spot. Every question I had? Answered. Bonus points: he showed up on time (a rare and beautiful thing) and respected my schedule. He promised an estimate by a certain time—and shocker (from past experience)—he actually delivered it on time. Once scheduled, the crew arrived when they said they would and treated my home as if it were their own.
