I rented from this company for 4 years. They addressed every issue that arose and fixed it in a timely manner. Octavia and Janelle are wonderful and always take care of what needs to be done. Highly recommend this company! Renting can be a nightmare, but not with them.

This is by far the absolute worst property management I’ve ever had a displeasure to rent from. The AC has been out at our house for two days now we’ve asked for a portable window unit to be brought in because they’re not gonna be able to get an AC person over for another day. Day and night the house is 88-90 degrees, and because their windows are sealed up, it’s living in a sauna. They have denied our request for a portable AC unit several times. Instead, they said “you have fans and the fans will circulate air” The windows don’t open in the place so the air that we’re circulating now with our fans is 90° air. I suppose if it was 500° they would believe that magically using ceiling fans and pushing around 500- degree would solve the problem. They have no logic or care for their tenants. Rather their approach is that if it’s not required to help in even the smallest way then they won’t do it — see their reply below. Anything you ever read that’s bad about this company is true. They do not care about their tenants. They do not answer their calls. And they send really rude text messages written who is a complete idiot when it comes to Oklahoma landlord tenant law. We’re probably gonna terminate our lease because they have made this home uninhabitable, but I need everybody to know that no one should ever consider renting from this company. They don’t care about you and they just care about your money and if you have a problem, they’re not gonna help you.

These guys are completely incompetent, untrustworthy, and liars! We we’re living in a house that was managed by a different property management company and we were so happy and then this company took over and they’ve made this house so bad that we can’t wait to move out. They do not ever answer the phone, maintenance request go unanswered, they send text messages that are complete lies where they said that they sent over people to fix things, but no one would let them in the house. We are a disabled elderly couple and we don’t ever leave the house and they’ve never send anybody over. I don’t usually like to say bad things, but this company only cares about your money and they don’t care about the people that they are supposed to be taken care of, which are the residents. Because we’re on a fixed income, we can’t just move, but if we could move, we would move tomorrow. If you can find a home to live in double check that they’re not the property management company because every review that’s bad about them is definitely accurate in our opinion. I think all the other review reviews are complete lies

Jenny Whitten was fantastic! I was recently divorced and needed to sell my house because of it. Jenny was a great support throughout the whole process and did an excellent job of making this as painless as possible. We ended up getting an offer on the house for asking price within a day or so of it being put on the market. I would definitely recommend her if you're in the market for a realtor.
