Blue Tree Premium Alphaville

Was a nice stay. Staff ate friendly and most of them speak English. When it rained I lost wifi in my room and took a few days to resolve. Other than that would recommend.

This place is disgusting, I have been in much better public restrooms than the room restrooms of this hotel's rooms. The place is antigenic and full of mold, it can be harmful. I complained and they gave me a worse room and the manager said all rooms were like that. I urge you to find another place if you care about higene.

Our group had three suites, and we were all very pleased with the size and overall quality of the rooms. Buffet breakfast was included in our room rate. The Brazilian type breakfast foods were very tasty. Selection of foods available, I would classify as adequate, but less than I expected for a hotel of this size. For me, it was a good value for the money. The room size and quality exceeded my expectations. It was a cold spell during our stay, and I found my room on the cold side. There is air conditioning in the room, but no heating.
