Attempt 1 (July 23rd): I called for a cab at around 7:40 am, and my taxi didn’t show up until 8am…. Which is when I needed to be at work. Attempt 2 (July 28th): I called 1.5 hrs ahead of time to schedule a pickup for 9:15am, and STILL no one was there when I needed to be picked up. So I had to call and see if they were coming. They didn’t show up until 9:30. I’m so done. No more money for you guys! Sorry.

We had an awesome experience! We booked ahead for a trip we went away. He texted us when he was on our driveway 15 minutes early. We arranged for pickup from the airport on our return as well. Not only was there no issue with booking ahead but when our luggage was delayed an hour he waited, told us not to worry, and was right there when our luggage finally came and we exited the airport. We had nothing but a great experience with great communication and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

I am very disappointed in the blue line taxi. Today I waited for the taxi. Something went wrong answering the phone. I am old 87 couldn’t get out of NoFrill s fast enough, I saw the taxi drive away. I right away call ed back , I still saw the taxi on the parking lot. The dispatch told me all drivers are busy, so she hung up on me. I am a good tipper my ride from NoFrills home is about $8.50 and I ALWAYS give a $ 5 dollar tip that is more then 50 % how about that I think that is bad business
