Perfect service, top quality work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND . For someone that isn’t an expert in cars, they broke down the price of exactly what was being done to my car. They even gave me the price difference between generic and brand-name parts that were required for my maintenance. Jeremiah and his team made me feel comfortable when explaining what needed to be done to my car. I didn’t feel pressured at all by them. In fact they were completely honest with me and told me what actually needed to get done and what I didn’t need to get done to the car (compared to the dealership). I initially went to the dealership at South-bay BMW and they were quoting me through the roof / 3x’s for anything they could find on the car (spark plugs, breaks, shock absorbers). I literally saved half by going to Motorwerkz and was less stressed / confused.

I found this repair shop by Google. I called to this place regarding the check engine light ON,my 2014 BMW 328i car. Jeremiah answered the phone, who is the Service Advisor told me to come right away. As soon as I went there, he checked my car and given the repair estimate without any charge. He gave me a very reasonable price with genuine parts. Technician Julio helped me to fixed my car. The workers in this place are really nice and friendly. Really nice customer service too.
