I am extremely satisfied with the work done . Bo was very pleasant to work with, and understanding of my needs. I had 7 estimations from different companies and he was the most reasonable and transparent with any possible up charge. Bodan roofing did an amazing job explaining in details what was included and the different upgrade options. The roof was completely replaced in 2 days. 1st day they torn everything down and 2nd day they installed the new shingles. The workers were nice and friendly and they did an AMAZING job clean up the mess. In fact I think they left my front and back yard cleaner than it was !!! Thank Mr Bo for your service, I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know.

Buyer beware – Bodan Roofing do not want to know you if your roof has an issue! We entrusted Bodan Roofing with the installation of a completely new roof less than six years ago, a significant investment of over $33K. We specifically chose high-end shingles with a twenty-five-year warranty. Modern shingles have long life expectancy even in Florida. Any major leak within six years implies faulty workmanship. In early August we noticed a ceiling leak. During a subsequent cloud burst, we found water pouring through the roof. See photo. We called Bodan Roofing daily starting on the morning of 7th Aug. Each time, a different person with distinct foreign accents answered the call. None of them knew about our previous calls. We had to repeat all our contact details and describe the roof issue. Finally, on the evening of 12th Aug, we received a call from Bo Langford, the owner of Bodan Roofing. He had many excuses for not returning our calls, including his office not having a record of us being his customers. He admitted he had to contact GAF, who confirmed we were his customers and had a twenty-five-year warranty. He said that it rains in Florida, and roofs leak. He said that he would send out one of his employees and get back to us with a date and time. He did not get back and yet again I had to contact him. This time he did give a date and time for an employee to assess our roof. After waiting and hour over the time we were given there was a ‘no show’. I again contacted Mr. Langford again. He said that maybe someone would come that day or maybe the next. This was now a week after our first contact with Bodan Roofing with repeated failures to respond. I texted back politely, stating that we were disappointed. He then replied saying he did not like our attitude and was cancelling our inspection and would tell GAF to assign us another roofing contractor. So much for Bodan Roofing being a “GAF-certified Master Roofing Contractor” Bodan Roofing talk the fancy title but not walk it. I contacted GAF headquarters directly. All GAF staff were outstanding in their customer-focused responses. A local roofing contractor attended who epitomised what a customer would expect from a “GAF-certified Master Roofing Contractor.” Those who extolled Bodan Roofing pre hurricane Helene hope you are not as disappointed in their support as we are.

Bo and his crew did a great job on my roof. They get it done fast and clean up the mess. Bo is responsive and reasonably priced. I am very pleased with my new roof! Don’t hesitate to hire Bodan Roofing for your home.
