He talks to my teenage son in a way that is respectful AND he listens (mostly ha) I am thankful to have this option for his concussions and we’re already seeing improvement! I am confident he will not release him to play until he can do so safely!

He listened attentively to me describe my problem and explained very thoroughly how they would go about treating it.
