From the moment I made my first appointment, everyone was so kind, and very welcoming, getting to know me as a person as well as a patient. It’s been years since I’ve had dental care and I never once felt any embarrassment or shame. Everyone in the office made me feel hopeful about my oral health moving forward. I was referred to Dr. Botsford. I have had very bad experiences with dentists before and was very apprehensive. I do not have insurance and needed a lot of work. First - the office gals are great! Julie and Barbra are so warm, helpful and friendly. My dental assistant is Ashley and she by far is the best assistant that I have ever had. She is detailed and very very attentive. Dr. Botsford did a great job on my teeth. He does excellent work. I had to have 2 extractions, a cap and several fillings. All of it was done with the utmost attention to details, helping and very little discomfort! Trust this office and Dr. Botsford! You won't be sorry.

Dr. Botsford and her staff are amazing! Dr. Botsford is kind, always gentle and extremely patient with me. I am impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of her and her staff. They are genuinely interested in my well-being. Their office on McAndrews Street is spotlessly clean, nicely remodeled and comfortable. Their standard of cleanliness is impeccable, following the strict Standards during this epidemic. I always feel welcome, comfortable and safe at all times. She herself has a fantastic, beautiful smile. I am 68 years. My first braces were put on when I was 14 year, I do know a great dentist when I experience one and Dr. Botsford is “Simply the Best”!
