I had some concerns with my treatment at first (nothing too severe) especially around the retainer program, but what really stood out to me is that Dr. Botsford personally called me to talk everything through. She explained that certain policies had changed since I first signed up, and she took the time to walk me through the details and actually acknowledged my concerns individually one by one, not once did she ever come off as confrontational or negative. That level of accountability and professionalism meant a lot. Because Botsford is a smaller practice, you get more personal attention than you would at the larger practices. Dr. Botsford actually spends time with her patients, makes sure your questions are answered, and that you don’t leave feeling brushed aside. It feels more personal and less rushed, which I really appreciated. In my own job, I’ve worked with a lot of dentists and I’ve heard the same thing over and over: Dr. Botsford goes above and beyond to get her patients the perfect smile. Even my own dentist told me the same. Hearing that confirmed what I experienced myself. My teeth turned out great, and after speaking with Dr. Botsford directly, I feel confident in recommending her. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes out of her way to make sure you’re taken care of.

We took our two kids to Dr. Botsford for a second opinion and man I'm so happy we did. We decided to go with Dr. Botsford because she didn't make us feel like just a number or another patient. She took her time with each of our kids and with us explaining what she would do for their dental care. She explains everything and her sweet personality puts are kids at ease. Plus her whole office is very kind and welcoming. We're always excited for our visits. I can't say enough about Dr. Botsford and her staff they're all incredible. ❤️
