JennyDI’ve always liked this Bouclair store. I have always found great, well-priced home decor options to update my home seasonally. And it smells amazing in there! But my past visit, Jenny went above and beyond. She spent a lot of time with me and on the phone to another location to help me procure an ottoman that was nearly sold out everywhere. Customer service far exceeds expectations at this location.

I was sent damaged products, and I have been trying to speak to a manager since March, and they still have not called me back despite me emailing and calling back several times since then. There is no accountability for the leadership team in handling customer concerns with respect or care. I strongly suggest you go into store to buy your items, so you can ensure you aren't getting the damanged items they want to get rid of!
